Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities, has announced the imminent completion and handover of 3,000 housing units under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” in the East Andalusia area of 10th of Ramadan City.
The Minister highlighted that the project aims to provide affordable housing for citizens, aligning with the government’s commitment to offering housing solutions that meet the needs of eligible groups. He stressed the importance of continuing on-site inspections to overcome any challenges that might hinder progress, and he emphasized the need to adhere to quality standards and technical specifications at every stage of the project.
During his visit, El-Sherbini reviewed the ongoing residential, wastewater, and industrial projects in 10th of Ramadan City, emphasizing the significance of timely completion and proper infrastructure development.
Additionally, Engineer Alaa Abdallah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, conducted a site tour of the “Housing for All Egyptians” project in East Andalusia. He explained that the project comprises 125 residential buildings, offering a total of 3,000 fully-serviced units, each with a size of 90 square meters. The construction progress is around 98%.
Mostafa also reviewed the ongoing landscaping efforts, stressing the importance of creating a complete living environment with green spaces to enhance the quality of life in the area. He urged the swift completion of the remaining works to ensure timely delivery of the units, in line with the highest quality standards.
