In addition to the social housing units, Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, revealed in an official statement that new housing units will soon be available beyond the social housing program.
Details of the New Housing Units
Abdel Hamid explained that the Fund is preparing to launch around 12,000 housing units in a new offering aimed at middle-income citizens. This will occur following the completion of the current social housing announcement under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians.”
