The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), has announced a new offering of investment land plots through the immediate allocation system over the past few days, amid growing interest in Ministry of Housing land offerings and investment opportunities.
Premium Land Offering
In New El Fashn City, the authority is offering the following:
- A commercial-residential plot covering 677 square meters at a price of EGP 4,635 per square meter.
- An educational plot covering 12,300 square meters at a price of EGP 4,025 per square meter.
In New Sohag City, the offering includes:
- An administrative plot covering 610 square meters at EGP 16,025 per square meter.
- An exhibition plot covering 530 square meters at EGP 15,375 per square meter.
- A commercial plot covering 1,217 square meters at EGP 18,170 per square meter.
- Another commercial plot covering 1,623 square meters at EGP 25,440 per square meter.
- A commercial plot covering 725 square meters at EGP 26,430 per square meter.
In New Qena City, a commercial plot covering 725 square meters is available at EGP 16,585 per square meter. Meanwhile, West New Qena City is offering a social club plot covering 3,177 square meters at EGP 3,505 per square meter.
The Ministry of Housing confirmed that applications must be submitted electronically through the Investor Services Portal, where all available investment opportunities are published.
This land offering is part of the New Urban Communities Authority’s strategy to enhance services across Egypt’s new cities and provide investment opportunities that meet residents’ needs while supporting urban and service development in New Fayoum City.
