The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the release of 96 residential plots under the “Most Distinctive Housing” category in three new cities: 6th of October, El Shorouk, and El Obour. This offering aims to provide high-quality housing opportunities with exclusive designs in prime locations for citizens seeking uniquely styled homes.

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, stated that this land offering is part of the ministry’s ongoing plan to enhance the urban infrastructure of new cities. The terms and conditions will be available on the “Maskan” platform from November 7, 2024, until January 6, 2025.

The plots are distributed as follows: 87 plots in 6th of October City, 7 plots in El Shorouk City, and 2 plots in El Obour City. The “Most Distinctive Housing” is one of the key initiatives the ministry is focused on, aiming to provide housing options that cater to different social segments, including higher-income groups seeking homes in strategic locations.
