The Ministry of Housing has announced the launch of “Zahia Villas” in New Mansoura, a luxury residential project exclusively for Egyptians working abroad. This initiative is part of the “Your Home in Egypt” program, which offers premium housing opportunities to expatriates.
Phase One: 13 Projects in 9 Cities
The first phase of the initiative includes 5,055 housing units across 13 projects in 9 cities, catering to different income levels and lifestyles. Some units will be ready for immediate delivery, while others are scheduled for handover by late 2025.

Easy Payment & Online Booking
To simplify the purchasing process, the Ministry of Housing has partnered with Banque Misr for secure online payment options. All transactions, including down payments, must be made in US dollars.
