Ministry of Housing Launches New Phase of Residential Land Plots Across 20 New Cities

The Ministry of Housing has announced a new phase of land offerings under the “Masaken” project, featuring 8,521 residential plots across 20 new cities. Among the key locations is the city of October Gardens, where plots are available for medium-income housing.

The October Gardens allocation includes 122 land plots, priced at 3,538 EGP per square meter. A typical 150-square-meter plot is estimated at around 530,000 EGP.

These plots are situated in the “Ebni Betak 7” area, bordered on all sides by residential activities:

  • North: Residential activities
  • South: Residential activities
  • East: Residential activities
  • West: Residential activities

This phase aims to provide diverse options for residents and investors seeking to build homes within these designated cities.
