The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the commencement of handing over residential land plots under the “Beit Al Watan for Egyptians Abroad” initiative for the tenth phase and the supplementary tenth phase in New Qena City. The delivery period will run from Monday, June 8, 2026, to Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Engineer Yasser Abdullah Ramadan, Head of the New Qena City Development Authority, stated that plots in the tenth phase, numbered (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11), located within the Small Investor Area in the Seventh Neighborhood of the Fourth Residential District, will be delivered on Monday, June 8, 2026. Plots numbered 12 and from 14 to 23 are scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

He further noted that plots situated in the city’s Tourism and Recreational Area, numbered (1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 35, 73, 77, 80, 81), will be handed over on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, while plots numbered (82, 83, 84, 85, 89, 102, 112, 115, 116, 125) will be delivered on Thursday, June 11, 2026. In addition, plots numbered 134, from 139 to 149, and plot 151 are set for delivery on Monday, June 15, 2026.

The Head of the Authority also clarified that land plots in the supplementary tenth phase located in the Tourism and Recreational Area, numbered 32, 34, 76, 107, 108, 111, 113, 114, 129, 130, and 131, will be delivered on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. He added that Monday, June 22, 2026, and Tuesday, June 23, 2026, have been designated for customers who were unable to receive their plots on their originally scheduled dates.
