Expanding Investment Land Offerings

The Ministry of Housing aims to diversify its land offerings across new cities, providing a wide range of activities, including commercial, administrative, service, industrial, and fully integrated urban plots. The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) continues to make these investment lands available to companies and developers, with a strategic plan to release a set of plots monthly across new cities. This approach supports developers’ demands, boosts urban development, and accelerates the growth of new cities.

Moreover, the ministry is expanding its land offerings, particularly those under the partnership model with the private sector, whether through in-kind or cash shares. The “Beit Al-Watan” lands for Egyptians working abroad are also part of this expansion, aiming to revitalize real estate investment, speed up urban development, and increase the state’s foreign currency reserves.
