Ministry of Housing Continues “Nuzha” Apartment Reservations in New Cairo

The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Mortgage Finance Fund, is continuing the reservation process for “Nuzha” apartments in New Cairo. Prospective buyers can apply through the dedicated reservation website.

The application period will remain open until August 15, 2024. To secure a reservation, applicants must pay an initial deposit of 150,000 EGP plus 1,000 EGP in administrative fees. The reservation conditions and details are outlined in the provided brochure, which includes all necessary information about the requirements, specifications, prices, and installment plans.

The available apartments are fully finished and will be located in four buildings in New Cairo. A total of 80 units are up for sale. However, the handover of these apartments is scheduled for next year.

Reservation Conditions:

  • Applicants must be Egyptian nationals.
  • Families (including spouses and minor children) are not allowed to apply for more than one unit.
  • Neither the applicant nor any family member should have previously received a residential unit or land plot.
  • The brochure is an integral part of the sales contract and complements its terms.
  • The residential units are strictly for residential use only, and buyers cannot alter the designated use of the property.
