Ministry of Housing Announces Allowing the Transfer of Remaining Balances from the 10th Supplementary Phase of the Bayt Al Watan Project

In line with the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and with the aim of meeting the needs of Egyptians living abroad participating in the Bayt Al Watan project while enhancing flexibility in client services, the Bayt Al Watan Project Committee has announced the launch of a special financial wallet system for each client.

This system allows for the transfer of any remaining balances from the 10th supplementary phase into the client’s wallet, enabling them to use these funds later in the reservation procedures for the new phase, while adhering to all established regulations and official contractual terms.
