In line with the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and with the aim of meeting the needs of Egyptians living abroad participating in the Bayt Al Watan project while enhancing flexibility in client services, the Bayt Al Watan Project Committee has announced the launch of a special financial wallet system for each client.
This system allows for the transfer of any remaining balances from the 10th supplementary phase into the client’s wallet, enabling them to use these funds later in the reservation procedures for the new phase, while adhering to all established regulations and official contractual terms.

The committee emphasized that this initiative is designed to facilitate procedures for clients and ensure the optimal use of transferred funds, in compliance with the project’s governing rules. The financial wallet system will be implemented starting from the 11th phase, which will be available through the new official Bayt Al Watan website.
Clients wishing to transfer their submitted amounts must send a request via the designated email: bayt_waten10@mhud.gov.eg, as stated on the project’s official website: www.nuca.gov.eg.
The Ministry of Housing reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening effective communication with Egyptians abroad through dedicated support teams that strive to address inquiries and challenges transparently, while ensuring the highest quality of service for citizens.
