The Ministry of Housing has unveiled the availability of 1,450 residential units within the “Beit Al Watan” project, exclusively for Egyptians working abroad. These units are distributed across six new cities: New Cairo, 6th of October, New Damietta, October Gardens, Sadat City, and New Minya, according to a statement from the Cabinet.

The Ministry of Housing emphasized that priority in the allocation of these units will be given to individuals who had sent complete transfers but were not able to benefit during the project’s tenth phase. Allocations will follow the order of transfer receipts as listed by the Central Bank of Egypt.

Each applicant will be allocated one unit. Subsequent transfers made by the same individual will be registered according to the order of receipt by the Central Bank of Egypt. For those who sent transfers during the tenth phase, there will be an opportunity to complete the down payment for the new residential unit they wish to reserve, if necessary. However, this completion is allowed for only one unit and will be added according to the same priority as the original transfer.

The Ministry’s statement clarified that requests to cancel confirmed reservations made during the previous period will not be accepted, and the funds cannot be used to reserve the newly added units on the website. Additionally, no transfer of funds between applicants or merging of excess amounts from one transfer to another will be allowed. Changes to confirmed reservations will not be permitted.
