Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with officials from Al Tameer and Housing Real Estate Company (HDP) to review the company’s marketing plan for several projects affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), along with a range of new investment opportunities. The meeting was attended by representatives from both the ministry and the company.
Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized the importance of effective collaboration and partnership with the private sector, noting that the ministry is keen on maximizing the benefits of completed projects by expanding their use in residential, service, and investment fields.

He highlighted that utilizing available investment opportunities in new cities remains one of the ministry’s top priorities to attract both domestic and foreign investments, boost the national economy, and create job opportunities across various sectors — while making the most of the advanced infrastructure available in urban communities.
The meeting also included a presentation on sales performance and marketing strategies for several projects, including the West View project in Sheikh Zayed City, as well as projects in New Alamein City and the New Administrative Capital. In addition, discussions were held on existing investment opportunities under the partnership system between the ministry and Al Tameer and Housing Real Estate Company (HDP).
