Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing and Utilities, announced the ongoing development work in the industrial zones of 10th of Ramadan City to support industrial activities and enhance the efficiency of the road network. The development covers several areas, including 2 million square meters, 4 million square meters, 710 acres, and the A1 industrial zone. He emphasized the benefit of adhering to standard specifications and completing the work swiftly while ensuring that industrial establishments know the implementation schedule to avoid disruptions to movement and activities.
Engineer Alaa Abdallah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, highlighted the execution of the sub-base layer on the road separating two industrial areas of 2 and 4 million square meters, preparing for the final asphalt layers. This will significantly improve transportation flow and facilitate the movement of goods. He also mentioned that the A1 industrial zone is undergoing the installation of curbstones to regulate traffic and enhance safety, alongside the development of main roads and corridors, including the paving of the 710-acre industrial area.
Engineer Alaa Abdallah further reviewed the ongoing development of sidewalks and the central median on Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib Axis and stressed the urgency of upgrading the western axis (Imam Malik Axis) to serve the city’s residents and industrial zones. He underscored the importance of adhering to project timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards. He also pointed out the activation of the southern developers’ entrance, which facilitates entry and exit, boosting the infrastructure efficiency for production and investment activities.
