Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbini announced the offering of investment land plots for diverse activities in 20 new cities through the Investors’ Services Portal on the New Urban Communities Authority’s website. The initiative aims to support investors, create job opportunities, and provide diverse prospects in the new cities.

The cities included in the offerings are New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, El Shorouk, Badr, 15th of May, 6th of October, Hadayek October, New Alamein, New Nubaria, 10th of Ramadan, New Fayoum, New Obour, New Minya, New Assiut, New Nasser, New Beni Suef, New Damietta, New Akhmim, New Qena, and West Qena.
The land plots are characterized by a wide variety of sizes and application systems to meet the different needs of investors.
