Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the addition of 2,141 new land plots under the “Beit El Watan” project for Egyptians abroad, in response to their requests.
This comes in addition to the 4,656 plots previously offered in the supplementary phase of the tenth stage of the project, bringing the total number of plots now available to 6,797 of various sizes. These lands are distributed across prime locations in East Cairo cities as well as other new cities. The offering will officially begin on October 19, with the window to complete transferred payments open for seven days.

The Minister explained that the number of applicants in the supplementary offering for the tenth phase reached around 3,000, which means that the number of plots available is double the number of applicants.
This significantly enhances reservation opportunities and provides a wider range of options for applicants across different cities. Additionally, new lands were added in East Cairo cities in direct response to applicants’ requests.
The new offering includes several cities, such as: 6th of October, New Damietta, El Shorouk, 15th of May, New Sphinx, Badr, New October, New Alamein, New Mansoura, Sadat, 10th of Ramadan, New Obour, New Beni Suef, New Aswan, New Nasser (West Assiut), New Qena, New Sohag, and New Borg El Arab.
The Ministry of Housing reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining continuous communication with Egyptians abroad through specialized task forces dedicated to responding to inquiries and resolving any issues they may face. This effort aims to enhance transparency and provide the best services to citizens.
