Minister of Housing Meets with City Edge to Review Real Estate Project Marketing

On Sunday evening, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny, held a meeting with officials from City Edge Developments to assess the company’s progress in marketing several projects for the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). The meeting was attended by Dr. Walid Abbas, Vice President of NUCA for Planning and Projects, Eng. Amin Ghoneim, Vice President for City Development, Dr. Hassan El Shorbagy, Vice President for Real Estate Affairs, and other senior officials.

During the meeting, Minister El Sherbiny received a detailed report on City Edge’s current strategies for promoting various residential, commercial, administrative, and entertainment projects developed by the Ministry through NUCA.

The Minister emphasized the importance of adhering to established timelines for marketing plans and continuously evaluating them to maximize the potential of the available housing units and increase financial returns. He highlighted that the Ministry’s goal is to fully utilize investments in new city projects, boost occupancy rates, and generate revenue to fund future housing and development initiatives across Egypt, catering to a wide range of social needs.
