Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued a decision appointing Engineer Mostafa Said Ahmed Ali as Head of the New Aswan City Development Authority, in addition to overseeing the New Toshka City Development Authority. Engineer Mostafa previously served as Head of the New Tiba City Development Authority and Supervisor of the New Luxor City Development Authority.

Engineer Mohamed Essam El-Din Mohamed Fathy has been appointed Head of the New Tiba City Development Authority and Supervisor of the New Luxor City Development Authority. He previously held the Senior Manager (General Manager grade) position at the New El-Fashn City Development Authority.

Engineer Walid Abdelkader Abdelhamid Farag will assume the presidency of the First Sector Development Authority of the Northwestern Coast, after previously serving as Head of the Second Sector Development Authority in the same region. Meanwhile, Engineer Nader El-Sayed Zafaar Ali has been appointed Head of the Second Sector Development Authority of the Northwestern Coast, having previously served as Deputy Head of the New Alamein City Development Authority.

Engineer Ahmed Hussein Thabet Morsi has been appointed deputy head of the second sector development authority on the Northwestern Coast. He formerly held the position of Deputy Head of the New Warraq Island Development Authority.
