Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, issued four decisions to remove a number of building violations constructed in violation of the prescribed regulations and licenses in the First and Second Sectors of the Northwestern Coast and Sadat City. The decisions aim to address illegal construction and preserve the urban and planning character of the cities and areas under the Ministry’s jurisdiction.

The decisions included the removal of building violations at the entrance of a tourist village on the northern side of the Alexandria-Matrouh Coastal Road, consisting of the construction of a fence and a ground-floor building with a concrete roof within the jurisdiction of the First Sector Development Authority of the Northwestern Coast, without obtaining the necessary building permits.

The decisions also included the removal of building violations at a chalet in a tourist village on the northern side of the Coastal Road, within the jurisdiction of the Second Sector Development Authority of the Northwestern Coast. The violations consisted of the construction of a building comprising a ground floor, first floor, and second floor using red bricks and concrete, without a license.

The decisions also included the removal of building violations on a land plot in the Olive residential area, First Neighborhood, in Sadat City, consisting of the construction of columns and buildings for the third upper floor without a license.

The decisions come as part of ongoing efforts to firmly confront illegal construction and encroachments and take the necessary legal measures to preserve urban planning and prevent any random practices or violations that could affect the civilized appearance of cities and new urban areas.
