Engineer Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued 12 decisions ordering the removal of encroachments and building violations across several areas under the jurisdiction of the New Urban Communities Authority, particularly in New Beni Suef City and the Second Sector of the North West Coast.

The Minister stressed the ongoing efforts of the Ministry’s agencies to eliminate building violations and encroachments in new cities and urban communities, while strengthening regular inspection campaigns to curb informal practices and preserve the civilized and aesthetic image of the cities.
