Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, visited the villa project in the first phase of New Mansoura City on Saturday. This project is considered one of the most prominent luxury residential developments, aiming to provide a distinguished and integrated living experience.
Several units are expected to be offered under the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative to provide housing for Egyptians living abroad. During the visit, the minister was accompanied by several officials from the ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Drinking Water and Sanitation Regulatory Agency, and the head of the city’s development authority.
The minister and his delegation toured the villa project’s components, including 2,103 units distributed across four adjacent sectors overlooking the city’s Corniche. The villa designs vary between classic and modern styles to satisfy different tastes and needs, with sizes ranging from 300 to 816 square meters. This project is part of the government’s plan to develop New Mansoura City as a fully integrated residential and tourist destination, offering its residents a modern and advanced environment.
The Minister of Housing also visited the “Janna” project in its first phase in New Mansoura City. This project aims to provide high-quality residential units ranging from 100 to 150 square meters.
