Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, conducted an inspection visit to the residential units implemented under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” in Hadayek Al-Asimah. He was accompanied by several officials from the ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority, and the city’s head authority.

During the visit, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny received a detailed briefing on the progress of the city initiative. Engineer Ammar Mandour, Head of the Hadayek Al-Asimah City Authority, stated that the city’s total number of residential units is 120,186, of which 112,818 units are allocated for low-income citizens. So far, 38,928 units have been delivered, while 7,368 units are designated for middle-income citizens and are currently under construction at an advanced rate. He also highlighted the availability of numerous essential services to support residents, including educational, security, healthcare, sports, religious, and commercial facilities.

The minister toured the project site, emphasizing the importance of regular maintenance for landscaping and green spaces and the upkeep of building facades and informational signage to enhance the living environment.
