Engineer Sherif El-Sharif, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, concluded his visit today with an inspection tour of the Fifth Residential District (New Garden City) in the New Administrative Capital. The visit aimed to follow up on the project’s progress and review the latest developments in the finishing works. The minister was accompanied by officials from the Ministry, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and the Capital City Administration.
During the tour, the Minister emphasized the importance of accelerating the pace of work while adhering to the highest standards of quality. He reviewed the latest updates on the construction of residential units and villas, as well as the landscaping of green spaces, roadway islands, and site-wide planting works. The inspection also included the facades and lighting features of the residential buildings.

The Minister stressed the need to complete the remaining phases of the project with harmony and exceptional quality, covering final finishes, general site coordination, and the completion of landscaping, roadway, and plantation works.
