Minister of Housing, Sherif El-Sherbiny, inaugurated today the 14th edition of Cityscape Egypt Real Estate Exhibition at the Egypt International Exhibitions and Conferences Center, under the patronage of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly. The exhibition is considered the largest real estate platform locally and regionally, with the participation of leading local, Arab, and international developers.
The minister toured the exhibition halls, reviewed the companies’ offerings, and discussed with Arab developers the investment opportunities in the Egyptian market and ways to strengthen future partnerships. He emphasized that the broad participation reflects the position of the Egyptian market as one of the most promising markets, highlighting the major urban achievements under President El-Sisi. He pointed out that the real estate sector has become a model for sustainable development.

He explained that the state is working to provide a stable investment environment through clear legislation and transparent mechanisms for allocation and contracting. He stressed the government’s commitment to attracting foreign investors and providing long-term growth opportunities in Egypt’s stable market. He also underlined the importance of investment diversification and the continuous demand for real estate to ensure the sector’s success.
El-Sherbiny spoke about the ministry’s and the New Urban Communities Authority’s strategy to develop smart and sustainable cities that meet citizens’ needs, enhance communication between developers, investors, and decision-makers, and considered the exhibition an opportunity for knowledge exchange and exploring the latest real estate innovations.
He concluded his tour by thanking the organizers and participants, reaffirming the growing confidence in the Egyptian economy and the market’s position as a leading investment destination. It is worth noting that this year’s exhibition includes a new international pavilion, further reinforcing its status as a significant regional and international event since its launch in 2012, now attracting more than 80 real estate developers in each edition.
