Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has carried out a limited reshuffle among the heads of new urban city authorities.
As part of this move, Engineer Nader El-Sayed Zafaran has been appointed as Head of the Tenth of Ramadan Gardens City Development Authority, while Engineer Ahmed Thabet has been appointed as Head of the Second Sector Authority for the Northwestern Coastal Region.
