Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, confirmed that the units of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative have been designed according to modern and sustainable standards, with the necessary facilities to ensure a decent life for Egyptians abroad. During a press conference to launch the initiative’s official website, he stated that the units are available in fourth-generation cities such as the New Administrative Capital and New Alamein and competitive towns like Cairo, 6th of October, and Sheikh Zayed.
Minister of Housing, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced the launch of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, targeting Egyptians living abroad. The housing units will be delivered immediately or by 2025. The initiative includes discounts ranging from 3% to 10% off market prices and flexible payment plans of up to 10 years. El-Sherbiny emphasized that this initiative represents an ideal residential and investment opportunity, focusing on providing premium housing options to ensure stability and investment in the homeland.
