Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held several meetings this morning with representatives from construction companies to review the progress of ongoing development, residential, and service projects in Egypt’s new cities. During the meetings, the Minister emphasized the need for contractors to expedite the pace of work at various project sites. He urged them to set specific and intensive timelines for project completion, increase manpower and equipment, and work in shifts throughout the day to ensure that projects are finished with the highest quality standards while adhering to the designated deadlines.
El-Sherbiny also stressed the ministry’s commitment to addressing any obstacles or issues that might slow down project progress. He reaffirmed the importance of constant communication between the ministry and contractors to drive forward the work, ensuring the timely completion and delivery of housing units to their respective owners across various projects.
