Under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide adequate housing for all Egyptians, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, followed up on the handover of residential units in the first phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative for middle-income housing in the 2,350-feddan area in Hadayek Al-Asimah City.
The minister confirmed that the project aims to offer fully serviced residential units suitable for various social segments as part of Egypt’s urban expansion and sustainable development plans.

The project includes 307 buildings with a total of 7,368 units, with the first phase comprising 25 buildings containing 600 units ranging in size from 100 to 120 square meters currently being handed over.
The minister instructed the city authority officials to remove any obstacles that may delay the handover process to ensure residential stability for citizens. Engineer Ahmed El-Araby, Head of the Hadayek Al-Asimah City Authority, explained that the project enjoys a strategic location and modern designs that provide an upscale residential environment with integrated services for residents.
