Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with officials from the Housing & Development Properties Company (HDP) to review the company’s marketing strategy for promoting several projects belonging to the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), as well as to explore potential investment opportunities. The meeting was attended by representatives from both the ministry and the company.
In an official statement released today, the Minister emphasized that collaboration with the private sector remains a key pillar of the ministry’s development plans. He affirmed that priority is given to maximizing the benefits of ongoing projects—both to meet residential and service needs and to ensure sustainable investment returns.

El-Sherbiny added that the ministry is working diligently to leverage available investment opportunities in new cities to enhance their attractiveness for both local and foreign investors. This strategic direction, he noted, supports the national economy, creates more job opportunities across various sectors, and ensures optimal utilization of the advanced infrastructure developed in the new urban areas.
The meeting included a review of the current performance of sales and marketing activities for several projects, including the West View Project in Sheikh Zayed City, as well as updates on marketing developments for projects in New Alamein City and the New Administrative Capital. Discussions also covered potential areas of cooperation with Housing & Development Properties (HDP) regarding partnership-based investment opportunities with the ministry.
