Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, held a meeting with officials from the Saudi Egyptian Construction Company to discuss the marketing and delivery of projects by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) as well as investment opportunities in new cities. The meeting focused on reviewing marketing plans and implementation rates of the ministry’s projects, in the presence of NUCA representatives.
The minister stressed the importance of maximizing the benefits of investments in residential and development projects in new cities to generate returns that support the implementation of other projects, aimed at meeting citizens’ needs and sustaining urban development.
El-Sherbini reviewed the sales and delivery progress of units in the Latin District in New Alamein City, directing the preparation of a clear delivery schedule and the establishment of a joint follow-up mechanism with the company to ensure compliance with deadlines. He also discussed sales and delivery updates for the Arabesque and Sawary projects, in addition to other developments such as La Plage and Marina 8. The meeting further explored new areas of cooperation and investment opportunities.
