At the beginning of the meeting, the minister emphasized the benefits of maximizing the investments injected into residential and developmental projects in new cities. He pointed out that the ministry has recently implemented many diverse housing units, necessitating the development of comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with specialized companies in this field.

During the meeting, El-Sherbiny presented details and mechanisms of the proposed marketing campaign, which includes launching promotional advertisements through various media channels in the coming period. Additionally, discussions were held regarding several new investment projects.

He also highlighted the importance of expanding partnership projects with the private sector. He noted that the ministry operates under-investment mechanisms catering to different categories of investors and real estate developers. This approach contributes to sustainable urban development and strengthening Egypt’s real estate economy.
