Engineer Sherif El-Shorbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with officials from Founders Real Estate Marketing Company last night to discuss the marketing plan for one of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) projects to be implemented in the New Administrative Capital.
This meeting is part of the minister’s ongoing discussions with marketing and real estate development companies, attended by officials from the ministry and the authority. At the beginning of the meeting, Engineer El-Shorbiny stated that the Ministry of Housing has recently executed a large number of diverse residential units in several new cities, in collaboration with a number of real estate marketing companies. These companies have developed marketing plans for these units in the cities.
The minister emphasized that the ministry aims to maximize the benefits of the investments made in housing and development projects in the new cities, increase occupancy rates, and generate greater returns on its efforts to continue executing housing and development projects. These projects aim to meet the needs and demands of various income segments in Egyptian society.
During the meeting, the Minister of Housing reviewed the details of the marketing campaign, which includes advertisements across various media platforms and street advertisements. The meeting also discussed proposals for several investment projects. The minister confirmed that there are several diverse investment opportunities, and efforts are underway to expand partnership projects with various companies across all types of investments. Several mechanisms have been identified to suit all investor and real estate developer segments.
