Engineer Sherif El-Shorbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting yesterday evening with officials from Founders Real Estate Marketing Company to review the marketing plan that will be implemented to promote one of the New Urban Communities Authority’s projects in the New Administrative Capital. This meeting is part of his regular consultations with real estate marketing and development companies, attended by ministry and authority officials.
At the start of the meeting, Engineer El-Shorbiny highlighted that, in recent periods, the Ministry of Housing has implemented a large number of diverse residential units across several new cities. Consequently, marketing plans for these units in various cities have been developed in cooperation with several real estate marketing companies.
The Minister emphasized that the ministry’s goal is to maximize the benefits from investments made in housing and development projects within new cities, increase occupancy rates in these cities, and enhance returns in order to continue efforts in implementing residential and developmental projects of various kinds to meet the needs and demands of Egypt’s diverse income groups.
During the meeting, the Minister also reviewed the details of the marketing campaign, which includes advertisements across various media outlets and billboards. Additionally, he presented a proposal for several investment projects, affirming that a range of investment opportunities is available. The ministry is working to expand partnership projects with various companies, adopting investment models that cater to all investor and real estate developer segments in the coming period.
