Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has decided to appoint Engineer Ahmed Gaber to assume the duties and responsibilities of the Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, effective from November 1, 2025. The appointment will remain in place until the decision is presented to the company’s General Assembly for approval.
In a separate decision, Minister El-Sherbiny assigned Engineer Mamdouh Ahmed Raslan, the current Chairman of the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Wastewater, to the position of Technical Advisor to the Minister of Housing for the Holding Company and its subsidiaries, also starting November 1, 2025.
