Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the readiness of 75 land plots in the El-Narges Extension area of New Cairo within the “Beit El Watan” project for electricity connection, as part of the ministry’s sixth phase infrastructure services plan.
The minister emphasized the ministry’s commitment to following up on the delivery of units and land plots to Egyptians living abroad, affirming its dedication to providing various real estate options that meet their aspirations for homeownership in their homeland, thereby strengthening their bond with Egypt.

Representatives of the New Cairo City Authority explained that the electricity connection efforts in the El-Narges Extension area fall within a comprehensive plan aimed at supporting infrastructure works and providing essential services to new residential neighborhoods. They added that implementing consecutive phases of permanent electricity connection serves the project and ensures that all land plots are fully connected to the electrical grid.
Officials from the city authority urged landowners included in this phase to promptly apply for building compliance checks and complete the procedures required for permanent electricity connection, noting that the application schedule is available through the city authority’s official Facebook page.
Meanwhile, the city authority stressed the importance of landowners completing the necessary procedures within the specified timeframe, as part of efforts to support urban development and strengthen vital services in the Beit El Watan area.
