Minister of Housing Announces Key Appointments in New Cities

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, issued a decree implementing a series of transfers and appointments within the development authorities of several new cities. These changes align with the demands of current work conditions and operational requirements.

The minister’s decision includes the following key appointments:

  1. Accountant Adel Al-Mohammadi Mahmoud Ali has been appointed Deputy Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority.
  2. Accountant Magdy Mohamed Abdel Hamid Salem will now serve as Deputy Head of the New October City Development Authority.
  3. Accountant Hossam Mohamed Abdel Aziz Ahmed will assume the role of General Manager of Financial, Administrative, and Real Estate Affairs at the Obour City Development Authority.
  4. Accountant Ayman Abdel Shakour Abdel Azim has been designated as General Manager of Financial Affairs at the New Cairo City Development Authority.

These appointments underscore the Ministry of Housing’s commitment to optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring the effective management of development projects in Egypt’s new urban areas. By placing skilled professionals in critical roles, the ministry aims to enhance service delivery and the implementation of its urban development objectives.
