Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the commencement of the first batch of land deliveries for 45 plots in the El Rabia area of Shorouk City. These plots, allocated through public lotteries, will begin to be delivered on Sunday, November 3, following the completion of legal adjustments. The move is part of broader efforts to formalize land ownership in new urban areas and transform them into well-planned, developed regions.
Engineer Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel-Maksoud, Head of the Shorouk City Development Authority, provided details regarding the schedule for land deliveries:
- Sunday, November 3: Delivery of plots (1–3, 5–8) in Block 4.
- Monday, November 4: Delivery of plots (15–18, 20) in Block 4.
- Tuesday, November 5: Delivery of plots (1–3, 6, 7, 11, 13–16) in Block 5.
- Wednesday, November 6: Delivery of plots (3, 4, 8, 10, 12–14, 17, 19, 20) in Block 6.
- Thursday, November 7: Delivery of plots (2–12, 14, 17) in Block 7.
- Sunday, November 10: Reserved for clients who missed their scheduled date.
El-Sayed urged clients to visit the Real Estate Department before their delivery date to settle any outstanding financial matters, including submitting post-dated checks and paying for additional plot areas if applicable.
He also reaffirmed the city’s commitment to expediting future land deliveries, with further announcements expected soon, enabling landowners to begin obtaining construction permits.
