Minister of Housing: All Lands Added in the Initiatives Are in Prime Locations… No Truth to Claims of Leftover Plots

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, stated that the ministry is committed to meeting the needs of Egyptians living abroad, noting that 1,000 new land plots were recently added as part of the available initiatives within the past few hours.

El-Sherbiny confirmed that all the offered lands are located in prime areas, denying rumors that they are merely leftover plots. He explained that the number of plots in El Shorouk and Sphinx cities has been increased to meet the growing demand from Egyptians abroad.

The minister pointed out that strict regulations govern the land allocation process, preventing any applicant from acquiring more than one plot. He emphasized that there are no exceptions or favoritism, stressing that all citizens who participated in the tenth phase received only one plot each in accordance with official procedures.
