The Masaken platform has announced its largest offering of ready-to-move housing units, with 6,575 units available for immediate delivery. Among these, 5% (330 units) are allocated for citizens with special needs. The units are spread across 15 new cities, including New Cairo, New Alamein, New Mansoura, 6th of October City, New October, October Gardens, Badr, Obour, Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, New Minya, West Qena, Nasser (West Assiut), and New Damietta.
The application process, unit specifications, pricing, payment methods, and booking conditions will be available on the Masaken platform at www.reserve.newcities.gov.eg starting from Sunday, October 27, 2024, until Thursday, December 26, 2024. After the booking window closes, the date and location for the public lottery will be announced.
Applicants, including citizens with special needs, can register on the platform by providing basic personal information (name, national ID number, email, phone number, address, and the integrated services card number for those with special needs). Applicants must upload a copy of their national ID and the integrated services card.
After selecting the city, project, and floor (ground, upper, or top), applicants must pay the booking deposit and study fees using the reference number generated on the website. Payments can be made through MasterCard, Fawry Plus, or bank transfer via the Housing and Development Bank, and proof of payment should be uploaded to the platform.
The offering includes various housing programs: 409 “Janna” units (100m² to 150m²) and 700 “Sakan Misr” units (106m² to 133m²) in New Cairo, 223 “Janna” units (100m² to 150m²) in 6th of October City, and 22 “Dar Misr” units (100m² to 150m²). Other cities such as October Gardens, New October, and Badr also offer a range of units under different housing programs.
