The General Authority for Construction and Housing Cooperatives, affiliated with the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the opening of reservations for 253 residential units in prime locations and with various sizes as part of its ongoing projects. All units are ready for immediate handover once payment and necessary procedures are completed.

Interested applicants can review the terms, specifications, and payment details in the official brochure, available for purchase between December 1 and December 25, 2025, at a price of 500 EGP.

A public allocation draw will be held at the Authority’s headquarters in Nasr City according to the announced schedule for each project. However, the draw for Al-Amal City Project will take place at the Suez branch.
