Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, announced that the National Network for Emergency and Public Safety Control Center, affiliated with the ministry, detected a construction violation in a building consisting of a ground floor and eight additional floors in Al-Warraq district, Giza Governorate, for failing to comply with the approved building permit conditions.
The minister confirmed that the National Network is closely monitoring the demolition of the illegally constructed floors in coordination with the Giza Governorate, and that all legal measures have been taken against the violators.
Awad added that the ministry has intensified its state of readiness to confront the phenomenon of illegal construction, noting that the center monitors all governorates daily in direct coordination to prevent any infringements. She emphasized the government’s firm commitment to addressing these violations in order to ensure the enforcement of the law and preserve public order.
