The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the first phase of premium residential units under the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative. This initiative aims to provide high-quality housing options for Egyptians abroad. The project is in line with the political leadership’s directions to offer investment opportunities for Egyptians abroad, facilitating procedures, and providing competitive payment plans.

Key Highlights of the Initiative

  • 5055 residential units across 13 projects in 9 cities.
  • Available units in various sizes, including apartments and villas, to cater to diverse income levels.
  • Instant availability for some units, with others to be delivered by the end of 2025.
  • Payment options in US dollars for Egyptians abroad, ensuring ease and safety of transactions.

Featured Projects

The first phase includes premium housing in various cities, including:

  • Cairo: “Arabesque” project with units from 125 to 179 m².
  • New Administrative Capital:
    • R3 Residential District with units ranging from 114 to 173 m².
    • Garden City New District with units from 79 to 344 m².
  • New Cairo: “Madinaty” project with units from 96 to 178 m².
  • New October:
    • “Saba” project with units from 95 to 141 m².
    • “Valley Towers” in October Gardens with units from 95 to 101 m².
  • Alamein New City:
    • Beachfront Towers with units ranging from 215 to 678 m².
    • Latin District with units from 95 to 250 m².
  • Other Cities:
    • “Zahia” in New Mansoura offers villas from 360 to 504 m².

Enhancements for Egyptians Abroad

To ease the process for Egyptians abroad, the Ministry has partnered with Bank Misr to ensure seamless online payment systems. The Ministry is also preparing for a global marketing campaign that highlights these properties, featuring the latest AI-based selection and contract processes to provide an intuitive and efficient system for overseas Egyptians.

A specialized website will also be launched, offering virtual tours of the properties and allowing potential buyers to explore available units before making their decision. The platform is set to open for bookings and allocations starting February 15, 2025.
