The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund has announced the launch of 101,000 residential units as part of the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative for low- and middle-income citizens. The registration period will run from July 8 to August 7. Allocation will be conducted electronically and randomly for applicants who previously applied for the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” initiative and did not benefit from any housing unit, provided that they meet the specified conditions. The units are located in new cities such as New Obour, 10th of Ramadan, and Capital Gardens.
