Engineer Mohamed Abdel-Maqsoud, Head of the New October City Development Authority, emphasized the inclusion of comprehensive service facilities in the projects. These include:

Engineer Mahmoud Murad, Deputy Head of the New October City Authority, convened with project contractors and supervisory teams to monitor progress and address challenges. Field inspections were conducted to ensure compliance with specifications and expedite progress.
