Last Call for Middle-Income Housing Reservations at Valley Towers, Hadayek October

The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), will conclude the application process for reserving middle-income housing units at the Valley Towers project in Hadayek October on Thursday, August 29, 2024. The public manual lottery date and location will be announced at a later time.

Valley Towers Housing Units

The units at Valley Towers range in size from 95m² to 101m². Detailed information about the reservation process, terms, locations, prices, and payment methods can be found on the official housing website at reserve.newcities.gov.eg.

Key Reservation Terms

  1. Applicants must be natural persons of Egyptian nationality, at least 21 years old on the date of the offer.
  2. Only one unit reservation is allowed per family.
  3. All sales are governed by relevant Egyptian laws and NUCA’s real estate regulations.
  4. The units are strictly for residential use, and any change in usage will result in contract termination.

Payment and Reservation Process

  • A reservation deposit of EGP 150,000 plus a non-refundable EGP 1,000 study fee is required.
  • Payment can be made via several methods, including electronic banking or Fawry.
  • Successful applicants will pay 20% of the unit price within one month of the lottery, with the remaining 70% paid in installments over 3, 5, or 7 years with interest.
