The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), will conclude the application process for reserving middle-income housing units at the Valley Towers project in Hadayek October on Thursday, August 29, 2024. The public manual lottery date and location will be announced at a later time.
Valley Towers Housing Units

Key Reservation Terms
- Applicants must be natural persons of Egyptian nationality, at least 21 years old on the date of the offer.
- Only one unit reservation is allowed per family.
- All sales are governed by relevant Egyptian laws and NUCA’s real estate regulations.
- The units are strictly for residential use, and any change in usage will result in contract termination.
Payment and Reservation Process
- A reservation deposit of EGP 150,000 plus a non-refundable EGP 1,000 study fee is required.
- Payment can be made via several methods, including electronic banking or Fawry.
- Successful applicants will pay 20% of the unit price within one month of the lottery, with the remaining 70% paid in installments over 3, 5, or 7 years with interest.
