The Ministry of Housing has opened online booking for the “Jannah Misr” apartment units in New Mansoura City, launched as part of the first phase of the largest residential unit offering across several cities and governorates. Booking is currently conducted in cooperation between the New Urban Communities Authority and the Housing & Development Bank.

Accessing the online platform requires creating a new account if you do not already have one. This is done by clicking on “Register New User” and entering basic information such as your name, address, national ID number, email address, and phone number (provided the number has not been used before). You must also enter your spouse’s name and national ID number and upload clear images of both spouses’ national ID cards (front and back) on a single page.
If you have previously created an account for earlier projects, you can use it to book in the current project by entering your national ID number and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

Visit the website and select “Login for Existing User”.

Click “Forgot Password” and request a new one.

Enter your national ID number, mobile number, and email address (ensuring the information matches the previously registered data).

Check “I am not a robot” and click “Submit”. A temporary password will be sent via SMS and email, valid for 5 minutes. Use it to create a permanent password consisting of 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a number, and a symbol. After three failed attempts, the account will be locked for one hour.
Once logged in, you can generate the application form number for the new project using the same account.
The deposit required to secure a unit in “Jannah Misr” and “Sakan Misr” in New Mansoura is set at EGP 151,000 in a single, non-installment payment. This includes EGP 150,000 as a booking deposit and EGP 1,000 as a non-refundable registration fee.
