The local unit of the Biala Center and City, under the leadership of Dr. Amal Barakat, announced on Sunday the issuance of Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Decision No. (19) of 2025, which approves the amendment to the general strategic plan for Biala City. This decision aims to facilitate and regulate construction works within the city, ensuring adherence to Law No. 119 of 2008, its executive regulations, amendments, and the approved strategic plan for the city.
The local unit clarified that citizens wishing to obtain a building permit in the city can now apply at the technological center, where they will be able to issue building permits in accordance with the new planning requirements outlined in the amended plan. This initiative is intended to streamline the process for citizens, encouraging them to follow legal and official procedures instead of resorting to violations.
