Engineer Mohamed Ahmed Zakaria, Head of El Shorouk City Authority, carried out an extensive field tour of the Dar Misr project.
He was accompanied by Engineer Hussein Al-Ahmadi, Vice Head of the Authority for Implementation; Engineer Ramadan Abdel-Samad, Vice Head of the Authority for Development; Engineer Emad Shehata, Vice Head of the Authority for Electricity; and the Director of the Agriculture Department, as well as officials from the Dar Misr project and Madin Egypt Company.
The visit aimed to monitor maintenance activities and improve the efficiency of services provided to residents. During the inspection, the head of the authority stressed the need to continue daily maintenance of green areas and irrigation networks to preserve the project’s urban character, alongside continuous monitoring of all ongoing activities throughout the day.

He also instructed cleaning companies to intensify waste collection and street sweeping operations in the morning and evening shifts in order to maintain public health and safety, emphasizing the importance of ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness across all areas.
In addition, he highlighted the importance of regular maintenance of lighting poles and electrical systems to guarantee operational efficiency and achieve the highest levels of safety and service quality for residents. He further directed the roads department to continue addressing potholes and to carry out immediate and ongoing maintenance works.
