The New Hadayek October City Development Authority continued its field campaigns to monitor and remove building violations across various areas of the city in implementation of the directives of Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, minister of housing, utilities, and urban communities, and the instructions of Eng.

Yasser Abdel Halim, Head of the New Hadayek October City Development Authority, regarding the continuation of monitoring and follow-up efforts and taking firm action against all building violations while maintaining the city’s urban discipline and aesthetic character.

In this regard, the city authority’s Occupancy, Removal, and Security Departments, led by Eng. Mostafa Sayed, Deputy Head of the Authority for Development and Utilities, continued to carry out field campaigns in cooperation with the Urban Development Police, led by Colonel Mohamed El-Habrouk, to monitor violations and address them immediately.

The campaigns resulted in several immediate measures against building violations, including halting the storage of building materials in preparation for constructing an unauthorized floor at Plot No. 471, Sector D, in Hadayek El-Yasmeen, “Ebni Beitak 4.” The campaign also carried out the immediate removal of rear setback foundations at Plot No. 367, Sector C, Hadayek El-Yasmeen, “Ebni Beitak 4.”

The New Hadayek October City Development Authority stated that the campaign also carried out the immediate removal of rear setback walls at Plot No. 657, Sector W, Hadayek El-Yasmeen, “Ebni Beitak 4.” Immediate removal work was also carried out on a wooden formwork structure in the side setback at Plot No. 639, Sector R, Zahret October, “Ebni Beitak 7.”

The New Hadayek October City Development Authority affirmed that field campaigns and monitoring and follow-up activities would continue across various areas of the city, with firm action taken against any unauthorized construction work or attempts to change the designated use of properties in violation of applicable requirements and regulations.

The authority stressed that all prescribed legal measures would be taken against violators as part of efforts to preserve the city’s urban planning and aesthetic character and prevent any practices that violate building requirements.

The New Hadayek October City Development Authority urged citizens to comply with building requirements and applicable regulations and to refrain from carrying out any unauthorized work without obtaining the necessary approvals and permits in order to avoid legal action and the immediate removal of violations.
