In implementation of the directives of Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and the instructions of Eng. Yasser Abdel Halim Hassan, Head of the Hadayek October City Development Authority, the City Authority continues to carry out intensive field campaigns across various areas as part of an integrated plan to firmly address all forms of encroachments and violations, enhance discipline, and preserve the city’s urban appearance and traffic flow.
In this context, Eng. Mostafa Sayed, deputy head of the Authority for Development and Utilities, directed the intensification of field campaigns through coordination between the Occupancy, Removal, and Security Departments at the city authority, with the aim of promptly addressing violations that may obstruct the movement of citizens or distort the city’s general appearance, while taking the prescribed legal action against violators.
The recent field campaigns resulted in the implementation of a number of monitoring and enforcement measures. A waste transport vehicle operating without a permit was apprehended at the city entrance on the Middle Ring Road as part of the authority’s efforts to strengthen control over the entrances and exits of Hadayek October and prevent illegal practices that may negatively affect the environment and the city’s general appearance.
The campaign also succeeded in removing encroachments by a mobile vegetable vendor in the Andalus area, specifically in the vicinity of Building 247, in addition to apprehending a tuk-tuk in the Narges 2 area, near Building 309, as well as removing encroachments at the Wholesale Market parking area.

These measures come as part of the immediate response to sources of encroachment and violations that affect the movement of citizens and vehicles, contributing to restoring discipline in the targeted areas and improving the level of services and the city’s general appearance.
The Hadayek October City Development Authority affirmed that it will continue and intensify its field campaigns during the coming period, particularly in vital areas, main roads and axes, and commercial gathering areas, with the aim of achieving the highest levels of discipline and ensuring the swift handling of any violations or encroachments that are detected.
The Authority noted that these campaigns are part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the level of services provided to residents, improve the city’s visual image, and curb random and unregulated practices, in line with urban development plans and in a manner that enhances the quality of life for Hadayek October residents.
The Hadayek October City Development Authority stressed that it will not tolerate any violations or encroachments that may negatively affect the movement of citizens, traffic flow, or the city’s urban appearance, affirming its continued commitment to taking the necessary legal measures against violators.
The authority explained that the campaigns aim to reinforce compliance with rules and regulations and maintain order and discipline across the various districts and areas of Hadayek October, ensuring a more organized urban environment and reflecting the state’s efforts to develop new urban communities and improve the level of services provided to citizens.
